Why I Chose NuCanoe
I have purchased & tried everything from 13′ canoes, 10′ flatbottoms & a Hobie Cat 75 and could not find anything that was not too big to handle by myself, was easy to paddle for this 62 year old & very stable and then I found the NuCanoe and it fit all my needs perfectly. This is one fine product!
What I Like Best
It paddles so effortlessly. With the swivel seat option, you can sit in it like sitting in a chair and lean back and be comfortable while fishing. You are not confined to one position only. It is so stable that you do not need to constantly worry about it “tipping” over. Unlike a kayak, you will not be sitting in water. During the colder winter months, I can still fly fish the rivers and not be wading in the very cold water. I guess I just like everything about the NuCanoe!
Getting Away From It All
99% of my fishing is with a fly rod and in a river somewhere. With the NuCanoe, I never have to worry about the “crowds” at the river access points. Just slide the NuCanoe in the water and either go down or up the river and find solitude, peace and natural beauty of a river that many have never experienced. The NuCanoe is my “get away from people” boat.
